13-Deoxydoxorubicin
Definition 1
An analogue of the anthracycline antineoplastic antibiotic doxorubicin. 13-Deoxydoxorubicin intercalates DNA and interacts with topoisomerase II, thereby inhibiting DNA replication and repair and RNA and protein synthesis.
