ABTB2 wt Allele
Human ABTB2 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 11p13 and is approximately 250 kb in length. This allele, which encodes ankyrin repeat and BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 2, may be involved in the regulation of hepatocyte growth. Aberrant expression of the gene may be involved in leukemia relapse. (NCI Thesaurus)
