Adenomatous Polyp
Definition 1
A polypoid neoplasm arising from the glandular epithelium. There is proliferation of glandular cells which may display dysplastic cytologic features. Representative examples include the adenomatous polyps of the colon and rectum. (NCI Thesaurus)
