    “ये ते, भिक्खवे, भिक्खू अधम्मं अधम्मोति दीपेन्ति ते, भिक्खवे, भिक्खू बहुजनहिताय पटिपन्ना बहुजनसुखाय, बहुनो जनस्स अत्थाय हिताय सुखाय देवमनुस्सानं। बहुञ्च ते, भिक्खवे, भिक्खू पुञ्ञं पसवन्ति, ते चिमं सद्धम्मं ठपेन्ती”ति।

    “Ye te, bhikkhave, bhikkhū adhammaṁ adhammoti dīpenti te, bhikkhave, bhikkhū bahujanahitāya paṭipannā bahujanasukhāya, bahuno janassa atthāya hitāya sukhāya devamanussānaṁ. Bahuñca te, bhikkhave, bhikkhū puññaṁ pasavanti, te cimaṁ saddhammaṁ ṭhapentī”ti.

    “Bhikkhus, those bhikkhus who explain what is not the teaching as not the teaching are acting for the welfare and happiness of the people, for the benefit, welfare, and happiness of gods and humans. They make much merit and make the true teaching continue.”

They make much merit and make the true teaching continue.”
