    A combination of two drugs used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. It is a combination of netupitant and palonosetron hydrochloride. Akynzeo blocks the action of chemicals in the brain that may trigger nausea and vomiting. Akynzeo is a type of antiemetic. Also called netupitant and palonosetron hydrochloride. (NCI Dictionary)
