    Alcohol-Related Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

    An esophageal carcinoma that results from alcohol consumption. The alcohol-related esophageal carcinomas are always of squamous cell type. There is no association between alcohol consumption and esophageal adenocarcinomas. (NCI Thesaurus)
