Alpha V Beta Inhibitor
An angiogenesis inhibitor that acts by blocking the action of alpha(v)beta integrins. An alpha(v)beta integrin inhibitor blocks the activity of an endothelial cell-surface expressed alpha(v)integrin, thereby inhibiting endothelial cell-cell interactions, endothelial cell-matrix interactions, and angiogenesis.
