Amla and Berries Juice
Ingredients
• 4-5 Indian gooseberries (amla)
• 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup of raspberries
• 1/2 cup of blueberries
• 3 or 4 dry prunes
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons of honey
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
• A pinch of black salt (optional)
Instructions
• Wash the amla, chop them into small pieces, and remove the seeds.
• In a blender, combine all ingredients.
• Blend until you get a smooth, well-mixed juice.
• Serve the amla ginger juice cold or at room temperature.
