    Anagliptin

    An orally available, potent, selective inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4), with hypoglycemic activity. Compared to vildagliptin, anagliptin caused longer lasting inhibition of DPP-4 activity. (NCI Thesaurus)
