    Anaplastic (Malignant) Meningioma

    Definition 1

    A WHO grade III meningioma characterized by the presence of malignant morphologic features, including malignant cytology and a very high mitotic index (20 or more mitoses per ten high power fields). (NCI Thesaurus)
