    Anrukinzumab

A humanized monoclonal antibody directed against interleukin-13 (IL-13) with anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory activities. Anrukinzumab binds to and blocks the activity of IL-13, which may result in the inhibition of IL-13-mediated inflammation. The IL-13 cytokine is an important mediator of allergic inflammation and other inflammatory processes. (NCI Thesaurus)
