Appendix High Grade Intraepithelial Neoplasia
A precancerous intraepithelial neoplastic lesion that affects the appendix. It is characterized by the presence of moderate or severe dysplasia and complex architectural alterations of the mucosal epithelium. There is no evidence of invasion. (NCI Thesaurus)
