    Appendix Low Grade Intraepithelial Neoplasia

    A precancerous intraepithelial neoplastic lesion that affects the appendix. It is characterized by the presence of mild dysplasia and mild architectural alterations of the mucosal epithelium. There is no evidence of invasion. (NCI Thesaurus)
