Biological Response Modifiers Program
A program set up to establish cooperative agreements for Clinical Trials of Cancer Therapy with Biological Response Modifiers (CATBRMs) and to develop novel approaches for such therapy. Funding is provided to foster innovative clinical trials of BRMs by peer-reviewed groups of highly experienced clinical and preclinical investigators who have the unique technical capabilities to study new agents in early clinical trials and to address hypothesis-driven issues of mechanisms of action.
