    Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm

    An aggressive immature hematologic neoplasm formerly known as blastic NK cell lymphoma, composed of cells with a lymphoblast-like morphology. Recent evidence suggests derivation from a plasmacytoid monocyte. Patients present with cutaneous tumors and disseminated disease. (NCI Thesaurus)
