    Borderline Mucinous Cystadenoma

The existence and clinical significance of a borderline category in the mucinous tumors is not as well-defined as for their serous counterpart. Hart and Norris proposed that a mucinous tumor should be classified as borderline when stromal invasion is uncertain and the atypical lining epithelium is less than four cells in thickness.
