Borderline Ovarian Clear Cell Adenofibroma with Intraepithelial Carcinoma
An epithelial neoplasm with low malignant potential affecting the ovary. It is characterized by the presence of atypical glands and/or cystic spaces lined with clear or hobnail cells. The cells display nuclear atypia and prominent nucleoli. There is no invasion of the ovarian stroma by the atypical cells. (NCI Thesaurus)
