California Rabbit
Definition 1
One of the larger rabbit breeds, the Californian has a rounded, medium-length body with a short coat that is white with black on the nose, ears, feet, legs, and tail. This lagomorph also has pink eye color with genotype np. Like most rabbit breeds, the California rabbit is predisposed to developing cancer, especially uterine adenocarcinoma as well as lymphomas, sarcomas, and other carcinomas. This breed also develops respiratory disorders and cardiac disease.
