    Campylobacter

    Definition 1

    A genus of gram-negative, microaerophilic, spiral bacteria. They are motile, with either uni- or bi-polar flagella and are oxidase-positive. Several species of Campylobacter have been implicated in human disease. (NCI Thesaurus)
