CODOX-M/IVAC Regimen
A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin and high-dose methotrexate (CODOX-M) alternating with ifosfamide, etoposide and high-dose cytarabine (IVAC), used as a treatment for aggressive forms of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma; also used as primary treatment for AIDS-related and high-risk Burkitt's lymphoma. Intrathecal cytarabine and methotrexate are included in this regimen as either prophylaxis or treatment for central nervous system (CNS) involvement. (NCI Thesaurus)
