    Colorectal Hyperplastic Polyp

    A serrated polypoid lesion that arises in the colon and rectum. It is usually found in the distant colon and it rarely produces symptoms. This group includes goblet cell rich, mucin poor, and microvesicular hyperplastic polyps. (NCI Thesaurus)
