Colorectal Microvesicular Hyperplastic Polyp
A serrated hyperplastic polyp that arises from the colon and rectum. It is characterized by the presence of microvacuolated columnar cells that are admixed with small numbers of goblet cells. There is no evidence of epithelial atypia or dysplasia. (NCI Thesaurus)
