A standardized rating scale developed by Posner et al (version 1/14/09), which is used to determine the presence of suicidal ideation or behavior. The questionnaire contains 24 items across 4 domains; suicidal ideation, intensity of ideation, suicidal behavior and actual attempts. (NCI Thesaurus)
