    Congenital Lobar Emphysema

    A rare abnormality in the lungs that is present at birth. It is characterized by hyperinflation of one or more lobes of the lungs. Signs and symptoms appear early in life and include dyspnea, wheezing, and cyanosis. (NCI Thesaurus)
