Conjunctival Primary Acquired Melanosis
An acquired pigmentation of the conjunctival epithelium associated with benign or atypical melanocytic hyperplasia. It usually affects adult Caucasians, is most often unilateral, and may progress to conjunctival melanoma. (NCI Thesaurus)
