    Conventional Leiomyosarcoma

    An uncommon, aggressive malignant smooth muscle neoplasm. It is characterized by the presence of atypical large spindle or round cells, nuclear palisading, tumor cell necrosis, mitotic figures and may be associated with vascular invasion. (NCI Thesaurus)
