Craniofacial Dysostosis
A syndrome inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern. It is characterized by early fusion of the bones of the skull and face. Patients have a distinctive facial appearance which includes low-set ears, brachycephaly, hypertelorism, exophthalmos, and mandibular prognathism. (NCI Thesaurus)
