CTCAE Grade 2 FEV1

Symptomatic; noninvasive intervention indicated

Moderate or causing difficulty performing some ADL

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated

Symptomatic, associated with altered renal/GU function

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated

Symptomatic; medical intervention indicated
