EIOP causing early visual field deficit (i.e., nasal step or arcuate deficit); multiple topical or oral agents indicated

Partial resection of injured organ/structure indicated

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated

Extraordinary local care or maintenance; minor revision under local anesthesia indicated
