CTCAE Grade 2 Nails Intra-Operative Injury

Partial or complete loss of nail(s); pain in nailbed(s)

Pain interfering with function, but not interfering with ADL

Weakness or sensory loss not interfering with ADL

Deformity, hypoplasia, or asymmetry able to be remediated by prosthesis (e.g., shoe insert) or covered by clothing

Moderate pain; pain or analgesics interfering with function, but not interfering with ADL

Partial resection of injured organ/structure indicated
