CTCAE Grade 2 Urinary Frequency or Urgency

Mild, reversible and manageable with replacement

Partial resection of injured organ/structure indicated

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated

Symptomatic, associated with altered renal/GU function

Moderate pain; pain or analgesics interfering with function, but not interfering with ADL

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated
