CTCAE Grade 2 Vaginitis Not Due to Infection

Vaginal narrowing and/or shortening interfering with function

Patchy ulcerations; moderate symptoms or dyspareunia

Interfering with sexual function; dyspareunia; intervention indicated

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated

Symptomatic, associated with altered renal/GU function

Moderate pain; pain or analgesics interfering with function, but not interfering with ADL
