CTCAE Grade 2 Vas Deferens Hemorrhage

Asymptomatic; moderate regurgitation or stenosis by imaging

Moderate, intervention indicated

Vaginal narrowing and/or shortening interfering with function

Patchy ulcerations; moderate symptoms or dyspareunia

Interfering with sexual function; dyspareunia; intervention indicated

Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated
