Symptomatic but no hydronephrosis, sepsis or renal dysfunction; dilation or endoscopic repair or stent placement indicated

Symptomatic; medical intervention indicated

Gross bleeding, medical intervention, or urinary tract irrigation indicated

Asymptomatic; moderate regurgitation or stenosis by imaging

Moderate, intervention indicated

Vaginal narrowing and/or shortening interfering with function
