CTCAE Grade 3 Cardiac and Heart Pain

<50 - 25% of predicted value

Severe pain; pain or analgesics severely interfering with ADL

Moderate to major debridement or reconstruction indicated

Interfering with ADL; stridor or endoscopic intervention indicated (e.g., stent, laser)

Complete resection or reconstruction of injured organ/structure indicated

IV antibiotic, antifungal, or antiviral intervention indicated; interventional radiology or operative intervention indicated
