Symptomatic and severely altered eating/swallowing (e.g., inadequate oral caloric or fluid intake); IV fluids, tube feedings, or TPN indicated >=24 hrs (NCI Thesaurus/CTCAE)

Transfusion, interventional radiology, endoscopic, or operative intervention indicated; radiation therapy (i.e., hemostasis of bleeding site)

Decrease in erectile function (frequency/rigidity of erections) but erectile aids not helpful; penile prosthesis indicated

CTCAE Grade 3 Epiphora

Symptomatic, interfering with ADL

CTCAE Grade 3 Enteritis

Abdominal pain, fever, change in bowel habits with ileus; peritoneal signs

CTCAE Grade 3 Encephalopathy

Signs or symptoms interfering with ADL; hospitalization indicated

CTCAE Grade 3 Edema of the Viscera

Symptomatic and unable to aliment adequately orally; interventional radiology or operative intervention indicated
