EIOP causing marked visual field deficits (i.e., involving both superior and inferior visual fields); operative intervention indicated

Complete resection or reconstruction of injured organ/structure indicated

Symptomatic and altered organ function (e.g., sepsis or hydronephrosis, or renal dysfunction); operative intervention indicated

Dysfunctional stoma; operative intervention or major stomal revision indicated

Symptomatic and altered organ function (e.g., sepsis or hydronephrosis, or renal dysfunction); operative intervention indicated

Symptomatic, interfering with GU function; invasive or endoscopic intervention indicated
