Dexniguldipine
Dexniguldipine is the (+)-enantiomer of the dihydropyridine derivate niguldipine. Dexniguldipine showed a binding affinity to the P-glycoprotein and therefore it is to be assumed to block the P-glycoprotein pumping mechanism and to modulate multidrug resistance. (NCI Thesaurus)
