Disability Assessment for Dementia Questionnaire
Definition 1
A standardized questionnaire developed by Gelinas et al in 1998, which is used to measure the changes in functional activities in patients with Alzheimer's disease. The questionnaire contains 40 items across 3 domains; basic activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living and leisure activities. (NCI Thesaurus)
