Disoxaril
A compound with activity against human picornaviruses. Disoxaril binds to the hydrophobic pocket within the viral VP1 capsid protein and prevents structural transitions required for viral uncoating resulting in an inhibition of viral reproduction. (NCI Thesaurus)
