Doxaminol
A synthetic partial beta-adrenergic agonist with sympathomimetic activity. Doxaminol may bind to and stimulate beta-1-adrenergic receptors located in the myocardium. As a result, it leads to a positive inotropic effect and increases in cardiac output. (NCI Thesaurus)
