Endometrial Intraepithelial Neoplasia
A premalignant neoplastic process that affects the endometrial epithelium and glands. It is characterized by architectural glandular alterations and cytological abnormalities in the epithelial cells. The lesion exceeds 1 mm in maximum linear dimension. (NCI Thesaurus)
