ERC1/RET Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(10;12)(q11;p13) which fuses intron 10 of the ERC1 gene to intron 11 of the RET gene. This rearrangement is associated with papillary thyroid carcinoma. (NCI Thesaurus)
