Esophageal High Grade Intraepithelial Neoplasia
A lesion in which the architectural and cytologic abnormalities involve both the lower and the upper half of the esophageal mucosa. It includes lesions termed moderate dysplasia, and carcinoma in situ (severe dysplasia). (WHO, 2000) -- 2003 (NCI Thesaurus)
