ETV6/ARNT Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(1;12)(q21;p13) which fuses the 5' half of the ETV6 gene to a site within exon 1 of the ARNT gene. This fusion may be associated with acute myeloblastic leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
