    Fibrillary Glomerulonephritis

    Glomerulonephritis characterized by the presence of Cong-red negative microfibrils in the mesangium and capillary walls of the glomeruli. It is associated with marked proteinuria and leads to progressive renal failure. (NCI Thesaurus)
