    Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor-Like 1

Encoded by human FGFRL1 Gene (FGFR Family), at 504-aa 54.6-kDa conserved Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor-Like 1 consists of an extracellular region (containing 3 Ig-like domains), a hydrophobic transmembrane segment, and a cytoplasmic tail lacking a tyrosine kinase domain. This protein may interact with other family members and inhibit growth factor signaling. (NCI Thesaurus)
