    FLI1 wt Allele

    Human FLI1 wild-type allele is located within 11q24.1-q24.3 and is approximately 118 kb in length. This allele, which encodes Friend leukemia integration 1 transcription factor protein, plays a role in the activation of transcription by RNA polymerase II.
