    FOLR1 wt Allele

    Human FOLR1 wild-type allele is located within 11q13.3-q14.1 and is approximately 7 kb in length. This allele, which encodes folate receptor alpha protein, is involved in the trafficking of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate to the cell interior. (NCI Thesaurus)
