Fucosidosis
An autosomal recessive lysosomal storage disease characterized by a defective alpha-L-fucosidase. It results in accumulation of fucose in the tissues. Signs and symptoms include psychomotor retardation, dysostosis multiplex, and neural disturbances. (NCI Thesaurus)
